Working Farm Environment
This experience takes place on an active working farm. Guests should expect uneven terrain, livestock, farm equipment, mud, insects, and other conditions commonly associated with a farm environment.

Assumption of Risk and Release
Participation in the Cow Spa experience is voluntary. By attending, guests acknowledge and accept the ordinary risks associated with visiting a working farm and being in proximity to livestock and other farm-related activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, guests release and hold harmless the hosting farm, Stonyfield, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or relating to participation in the experience, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Animal Interaction & Health Notice
Animals may be present during the experience. Individuals with allergies, respiratory conditions, or other health concerns should consider these factors before participating.

Payments & Refunds
While booking and cancellations are administered by Stonyfield, payments and refunds are administered by the hosting farm and not by Stonyfield. Payments will be made to the hosting farm on the day of the experience. Any questions regarding payment, or refund policies should be directed to the hosting farm.

Booking and Rescheduling

Bookings must be made 24 hours prior to the applicable experience, and bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled (subject to availability) at least 48 hours prior to the applicable experience.

Event Modifications or Cancellation
The hosting farm and Stonyfield reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the experience due to weather, safety concerns, animal welfare considerations, operational requirements, service provider availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Photography & Video Notice and Release
Photography, video recording, and other media capture may occur during the experience and may be used for promotional, marketing, publicity, and social media purposes.

By attending the Cow Spa experience, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during the event and may be used by Stonyfield and/or the hosting farm for marketing, promotional, publicity, and social media purposes without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Eligibility Requirements

Participation in the Cow Spa experience is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of residence at the time of registration and participation.

By registering for the experience, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these eligibility requirements. Individuals under the age of 18, or who have not reached the applicable age of majority, are not permitted to register for or participate in the experience.

Stonyfield and the hosting farm reserve the right to require proof of age and to deny participation to any individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements.

Privacy Policy

As permitted by applicable law, Stonyfield may use information provided in connection with booking (including sharing such information with third parties) for the purpose of managing bookings and carrying out the event, in accordance with Stonyfield’s Privacy Policy, available at www.stonyfield.com/privacy-policy/.
